Hybrid Man Dummy designed for Law Enforcement/Police training! Constructed in the USA, it is a combination of a Combination of a full impact body and an upper body with a skeletal frame. The upper body features longer; thinner arms designed to simulate the resistance necessary for handcuff and arm restraint training. The wrist area is reinforced to withstand handcuff impacts but is NOT designed for full contact impact strikes (which most departments no longer train). Bendable joints provide added realism. The Bottom is constructed of Mil Spec tear and weather resistance ballistic material. Triple stitched along all stress seams. Handles on the back allow easy two-man training. It is stuffed with a combination of cloth and foam to yield an ideal full-contact impact bag. Weighted feet prevent swaying. Easily suspended from an overhead beam. Hand inspected and guaranteed against defective materials and construction for one year. 43 inch waist. Bib allows for easy assembly. Weighs approximately 70 lbs.
