Ex-Vietam veteran General Ahmed gets a government grant to operate a black peoples army to clean uo the drug infested streets. But no sooner does his group begin their efforts; than the white syndicate increase their push of drugs into the area. It is the Generals Chief of staff; Colonel Kojah who suggests a security force; but the power hungry Colonel secretly harbors a sadistic agenda of complete and utter caos. His goal: The total annihilation of the white power mongers. Ahmed resists the Colonel's plans for all out racial war until his ex girlfriend is savagely beaten and raped and left for dead. This enrages him and commits him to the cause. The battle begins.....
